Delicatessen

Ever wondered who linked to your wordpress blog in del.icio.us? Want to keep track of the popularity of all your posts in del.icio.us? Then you need a bit of Delicatessen!

Delicatessen is a wordpress plug-in which allows the owner of a blog to get a list of every post which has been bookmarked in del.icio.us, as well as the tags and descriptions which were used for labeling the posts. All in one view with a very simple interface!

Download

Download delicatessen plugin v1.0.

Installation

  1. Upload the content of the ZIP file in your /wp-content/plugins directory (upload the whole sp_delicatessen folder, not only the files within)
  2. Activate the plugin in the Plugins panel.
  3. That's all!

This plugin is known to work with wordpress 2 only.

Usage

A new tab labeled Delicatessen should appear on the Manage section.
Clicking it will bring up the list of posts which have been linked in del.icio.us.

Please be aware that if you have a very large number of posts this will take a while to load. Do not hit reload! Just wait for it to finish its work :-)

Uninstallation

Not happy with the plugin? Just deactivate it in the Plugins panel, and remove the sp_delicatessen folder from your /wp-content/plugins folder.

Great plugin!

PHP4 users may want to change self::getDeliciousLinks($v); to SP_Delicatessen::getDeliciousLinks($v); in sp_delicatessen.php — I was getting an "undefined class" error.

You're right, y. Sorry about that! I just don't have any php4 handy :-)

¡Hola! Me encantó tu plugin. ¿Podrías hacer que apareciera en Dashboard en vez de en Manage? Ahí es donde WP2.2 o superior pone el plugin oficial de estadísticas (el plugin que viene con la clave api de wordpress.com).

Saludos

This is a great plugin. It does one useful thing, extremely well, which is a rarity these days. Thanks!
